One of the things we really like doing at Toothless Tiger is to simplify some of the complexities of the the social web and social media. Take for instance: Viral effects. Such a buzzword. Such a sought after effect to your brand.
Anyway we cooked a little infogram where viral effects on the social web is playfully demystified:

I've put it up on Toothless Tiger Press (in large format if you want to download it and use it for whatever) and henrietteweber.com as well..
rock on peeps - I hope this helps out a bit =)

"They" say we have a revolution - so do I. Sometimes it's just really good to look back and see what has really changed. Social Media these days are such an overhyped word and everybody and their dog is socalled Social Media Experts - from one point it's something I have a very hard to relating to, having been in this industry for a while, on the other hand it makes perfect sense. around 2000 we where all webdesigners. around 2006 we where all blogconsultants so why not be Social Media Experts in 2010 ? I wonder what we're all going to be next.
A couple of weeks back I went over to see what Good Old was up to over in Malmö - I love their work and I had a meeting there. Halfway through the meeting I am introduced to Martin Berg a sociologist that is researching social media and the social web. He has read all the books and he had some really cool views on why this isn't anything new. I see this Era like "the belle epoque" of the web, which also means that it's transcending and I can see that some of this stuff is just a bit of history repeating, but it does it real fast because of the pace and reach of our social tools (the media) these days - so are we accelerating history in new formats ? I think so.
Anyway there's a research event taking place at the Good Old office in Malmö next week that I am looking so much forward to - and I hope to see you there as well =)
