Today I've been launching my newest e-book "rock your identity" (in english here and in danish here). It has been quite a process to put it down in print and in writing. Which all started out with this blogpost a while back from my personal website henrietteweber.com.
I see it as my personal input on how to de-mystify digital involvement, identity and brand development - and how to use your identity as a strategic tool and as a part of your brand.

So all of december has been the month of Rockbandism for me. Let me introduce that a bit further to you.
As you might know, I have, a large part of this year toyed around with the concept of rockbands and how you can use that in a business context. In the beginning of December I launched my ebook called "why every company should be a rockband" on Toothless Tiger Press - our publishing house. It was launched in combination with a blogpost on the web geek christmas calendar 24ways.org called "how to create rockbandism".
So I have been explaining rockbandism to everyone on my way throughout december - and it makes sense to a lot of people. Yesterday Armando Alves interviewed me for "a source of inspiration" where one of the games I had to do, was to compare companies to rockbands.
I didn't think a lot about it, and I did some absurd combinations (mcdonalds as hanson - sorry couldn't help it).. But today I have been thinking about what rockband Toothless Tiger would be. I am very convinced that we would be Rage Against The Machine.
